Send me an e-mail with your photo
Please send a clear photo of your face
A name for your photo (for example your name, your nick name or something like that)
Comments which appear next to your photo (If you like)
Please don't send a huge size of e-mail (to do this please format your image in JPEG, GIF or JIF etc. Smaller the better)
